We’ve known each other for years — just moving through life, side by side, without realising we were already each other’s home.

In 2020, when the world felt heavy and nothing was simple, we found comfort in each other’s company. It started as friendship. It didn’t stay that way for long.

We laughed. We cried. We healed. We built a life.
Somewhere between late-night talks, quiet loyalty, and absolute chaos, “you and me” became “us.”

Four years later — after raising our beautiful six kids together and collecting a thousand memories — David finally asked the question (and I finally said yes).

This isn’t a fairytale where everything is perfect. It’s better than that.
It’s real. It’s chosen. It’s two stubborn, protective, slightly unfiltered people who refuse to let go of each other.

We’ve already done the hard parts of life.
It’s us against the World, and now we’re choosing joy — on purpose.

So… here we go again.
And this time, it’s forever.

The Night Before

We’re having a relaxed pre-celebration at the venue.

A chance to spend time together before the big day

Adults Only

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only weekend.
No children at the Friday gathering or on the wedding day.

Thank you for understanding — we want everyone to relax, celebrate, and maybe behave a little irresponsibly (in a good way 🥂).

Accommodation

There is accommodation available at Pronkies.

• Accommodation is not included; guests will pay for their own stay
• You’re welcome to stay Friday night, Saturday night, or both
• Spaces are limited and first come, first served
• If you’d like on-site accommodation, please indicate this on the RSVP form and tell us how many people

If on-site fills up, we’ll send through nearby guesthouses / B&Bs in Piketberg.

Gifts

• We don’t have a gift registry.
• If you’d like to spoil us, we’d appreciate a monetary gift towards our future together (honeymoon / our next chapter) instead of physical presents.
